Friends and Members of the National Forum for Latino Healthcare Executives (NFLHE):
I personally want to thank you for your interest in NFLHE. I hope you will take the time and enjoy the tour of our website. Please take advantage of all that we have to offer.

Over 25 years have passed since I began my career in healthcare and I have watched how the industry has transformed into its' present day appearance. Recognizing the evolution of healthcare and the complexity of the issues makes the NFLHE’s role extremely significant in navigating the complicated environment of healthcare.

My passion for NFLHE’s mission and vision is triggered by the enthusiasm of our Board of Directors and our members. NFLHE was established just four short years ago as a 501(c) 6 non-profit to enhance the participation of Latinos in the healthcare professions, creating diversity and inclusion in the leadership ranks and working to eliminate disparity in the communities we serve.

NFLHE is a national leader in its goal and objective; to develop and maintain a strong viable national body of members which will have greater influence in the United States’ healthcare delivery system. The NFLHE provides a vehicle for Latinos and healthcare advocates to effectively participate in the design, direction and delivery of quality health care to all people. I am extremely humbled and excited to be at the helm of such a prestigious organization that desires to make a difference in providing professional services to our members and the community to which we serve.

In addition, I would also like to personally share my thoughts with you on NFLHE’s present and future. First of all, I would like to assure you that NFLHE is committed to communication both externally and internally. With respect to our external communication; NFLHE is looking forward to enhancing our presence and impact in the health care industry by developing relationships with organizations that have similar interests in improving the healthcare of individuals and underserved communities.

Partnering with professional groups in the healthcare field, and more broadly, affinity groups that represent diversity and inclusion in the healthcare business, will strengthen NFLHE’s ties with the community as well as improve our effectiveness in the legislative and public policy arenas all while raising the awareness, name recognition, visibility, as well as the profile --- of NFLHE as an organization, in the most challenging, exciting and rewarding industry – healthcare.

Many thanks to our Board of Directors, leaders and to the NFLHE membership. Good people are at the heart of any thriving organization, and our dedicated members share an unsurpassed enthusiasm for serving others.

In our pursuit of service excellence, we strive to exceed the expectations of our members, website visitors, and corporate partners. I invite you to navigate through our website and discover for yourself the “familia”, our family that forms the National Forum for Latino Healthcare Executives.

Adelante! Together Forward!
